Port Rules

1. Access and Navigation

Access to port facilities is reserved for authorized users. Maximum speed in the basin is 5 knots. No wake is tolerated.

2. Mooring

Each vessel must be moored at its assigned berth with lines in good condition. Use of fenders is mandatory.

3. Environment

It is strictly prohibited to discharge sewage, oil, fuel, or waste into the basin. Used oil must be deposited at the designated collection point.

4. Safety

Safety equipment (life jackets, fire extinguishers, navigation lights) must comply with Transport Canada standards. The dock keeper may conduct inspections at any time.

5. Liability

The Port Authority is not responsible for damage to vessels, equipment, or personal effects. Liability insurance is mandatory.
